No, the Big John Fit Program features body weight/at home workouts for our clients that do not have access to commercial gyms. However, it is strongly recommended to have a gym membership if your goal is to build bigger, stronger muscles as quickly as possible.
On average our clients will experience results within 7-14 days of beginning the program. It's not unusual for clients lose up to 5lbs in week 1.
Each workout is accompanied by a video demonstrating the proper form and function of each exercise as well as a written description. If needed you can send Big John a DM directly from the workout screen for quick answers and guidance.
Aside from the fact that Big John personally poured his 29 plus years of industry experience into this program, the main difference is the emphasis on teaching you what you need to know as quickly as possible so that you can execute this program on your own. I don't want my clients paying rent with me.
We start each program with a one hour, 1-on-1, onboarding call. From there we build your custom macro diet numbers, provide you with a complete 14 page meal guide and build out your individual shopping list. After we determine what equipment you have access to we build out your workout plan and upload your program into your profile on the Big John Fit app.

Yes, that is the benefit of an app based program. It is available to you 24/7 and as long as you have approximately 60 minutes per day for exercise then there is NO EXCUSE.
